Newly renovated house with a boutique feeling located in the middle of Ulvöhamn.

Regardless of which ferry you arrive with to Ulvöhamn, it is 300 meters to your holiday dream. Up there on the hill from Hamngatan it is - a red house with white knots, belonging to a terrace with dining area, barbecue and sauna.

To the south is the sea, to the north the forest.

When you enter, you are greeted by bright, sober colors in a full-size kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer and everything you need to gather around good food and drink. On the same floor you will also find the bathroom with shower and is fully whitewashed with terrazzo in the colors of Ulvö nature. The bedroom downstairs with a 160 cm bed is bright and cozy and under the stairs in the hall you will find the washing machine.

The blue stairs take you upstairs where the black-stained walls and ceiling create a calm atmosphere. First comes what we call the "all-room", here is a sofa bed, TV with apple TV and a desk. A little further in comes the large master bedroom with a 160 cm bed and sea views.

Fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 4 people. Fridge/freezer, dishwasher and induction hob.

The kitchen is located downstairs with a view down to Hamngatan and the ocean.

Bedroom (upstairs)

The room is in stained plywood and there is a calmness over the room. The bed is located in the middle of the room and you wake up with a view of the garden and ocean.
